Customers can't call me on the widget

Customers can call you directly on your website using our widget.  When this isn't working, it's most likely your website isn't running on SSL. In that case customers can leave a  call-me-back request. When you do have SSL enabled it's possible you haven't configured your opening hours correctly, you can adjust these using the next steps:

  1. Go to Settings using the sprocket icon in the lower left.
  2. Then go to phone numbers and click your main phone number.
  3. Scroll down to opening hours, check if they are currently open. If not be sure to set the correct opening hours, for example Mo-Fr 9am to 5pm.
